SHIPPING & DELIVERY

At Encourage, we take great care to ensure that every order is handled with efficiency and attention to detail. Once your order has been placed, please allow up to five (5) days for our team to process and prepare your items. During this time, your order will be verified and scheduled for delivery to our designated facility for further processing.

Following the initial processing period, please allow an additional two (2) weeks or less for your order to arrive at one of our facilities. This step allows us to complete any final quality inspections or custom finishing required to meet our brand standards.

Once this stage has been completed, your order will be shipped directly to your provided address. The final delivery typically takes four (4) days or less, depending on your location and courier service availability.

You will receive an email notification containing delivery information as soon as your order has been dispatched. Please note that delivery times may vary slightly due to factors beyond our control, such as carrier delays, customs processing, or seasonal demand.
