Refunds & Exchanges Timeline

Customers must initiate any refund or exchange requests within five (5) days of the delivery date, as confirmed by the shipping information. Requests submitted after this period will not be eligible for return or exchange.

Inventory Availability

All returns and exchanges are subject to current inventory availability. We cannot guarantee the availability of specific sizes or colors at the time your request is processed.

Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning items to us, unless the return is due to a verified error on our part (such as a defective or incorrect item).

Out-of-Stock Items

If a purchased item is out of stock, you may opt to receive a full refund for the original purchase amount.

Same Product Exchange Policy

Exchanges are limited to the same product in a different size or color, subject to availability. We do not accept exchanges for different products or styles.
